Pay-by-usage plan

Hi,

Our product has a pay-by-usage model where customer only pays the amount corresponds to his/her usage during the month. I need every customer to register his/her credit card before being able to use our product.

Since the payment is by usage, I created a plan without any charges. However it seems that a free plan cannot force the hosted payment page to show the credit card form, which I need.

In this case what is the right approach for our use case?

Thanks

    Hi Thanh --

You're going to want to utilize our Tracked Items to build your pricing plan.

Without knowing the specifics of your product, since you're working with a "pay-by-usage model" I would recommend that you follow either our "Micro Billing" or "Soft Usage" tracked item example.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
