Notification workaround for free accounts
Hi CG team,
We offer our subscribers to sign up to a FREE plan with the option to purchase what we call "m-credits" with a credit card.
Currently we have notifications disabled when the subscribed plan is FREE.
However, we want to be notified when there is a "m-credits" purchase but not when FREE subscribers sign up. That would be too many emails that we do not need to monitor at this time.
Can you suggest a workaround?
Thanks,
Facundo

Hi Facundo --
Depending on whether or not you just want your team alerted or if you have bigger plans for the data, there are two different options that you could pursue.
You could uncheck the "disable notification when the subscribed plan is a free plan" box. You currently have the New Subscription emails disabled, so that shouldn't be a problem, which would mean you would be notified when those users purchase your "m-credits".
Your other option would be to use our Hooks to be automatically alerted when this condition is met.
