customer checkout url & custom fields at checkout
I'm brand new to CheddarGetter and am wondering two things:
- Do I get a special URL I can use to send people to to
purchase/subscribe?
- Is there a way I can add an additional field at checkout (ex. domain name) for customers to complete?

Jared -- CG doesn't include a "hosted" payments page at this time. This functionality will probably be available around Q2-Q3 this year.
We are, however, soon going to include a metadata option to allow for submitting arbitrary key->value pairs for a customer. This will be in a near-term upgrade.

We communicate about all feature improvements via twitter @cheddargetter and often a blog post. If the feature improvement in significant, like a hosted payments page, we would likely email all existing CG users.
Also, we try to come back to threads like this to mention the relevant upgrade.
