Just got billed, and was surprised to see 33 VOIDs - I need to know what my staff is doing - how can I get a report on the Voids?

Hi Christina -- Voids are almost always a result of a successful cc update. When a subscriber updates their credit card, CG runs a 1.03 authorization to validate the card from end to end. If the authorization is successful, a void is executed to clear out the auth. I see that you have disabled this feature in your config as of 2/7. That's not recommended as it can be quite painful for your customers and staff. Without this validation step, a customer's payment method may be easily updated with an illegitimate credit card. No one would know if this had been done (whether intentional or not) until the next transaction executes perhaps weeks later.
