Is there a time limit to a cancelled customer updating payment info?
Is there a time limit to a cancelled customer updating payment info?
When a customer cancels in Cheddar, services are cancelled,
eventually terminated. But it appears that one could go and
reactivate at any time -- is there a way to block that?
But what if customer follows the link in the email months
later?
I'd likely not work with them so is there a way to make the link go
to an non-working page?
Cancel and Termination may be 2 different categories needed.
I await your reply. Thanks.

Hi Christina -- CG doesn't place any restrictions on reactivating. Here's a short article about the details of CG's behavior around reactivations:

If this is a significant concern for you, you might consider modifying the customer code in CG when termination should occur. That would effectively break the link. However, it would also break the relationship between the customer record in CG and the record in your app. So, there's a bit to think about there...

Thanks, we will be adding a T to the code for terminated clients.
