Can we change the plan of an inactice customer on update page ?

    I am updating subscription using above link to activate a cancel customer . Is there a way to have Plan combo also at the time of activation

    Hi Yashu --

    You would have to activate first and then change the plan. Something to keep in mind is that if there is an outstanding invoice it will attempt to run on activation. However, if you waive and run the outstanding invoice, the account will be reactivated. You can then change plans.

    Waiving an invoice is a convenient way of adding credits to offset the debits, effectively making the outstanding invoice 0.00. Then, you can run it even if the account is canceled and/or doesn't have payment information. The API calls are:

    POST /xml/invoices/waive/number/[the invoice number]
    POST /xml/invoices/run/number/[the invoice number]
    

    Or, you can do it in the GUI using the waive and run links at the bottom of the invoice.
