Push notification - transaction type
on the Push notification page (http://support.cheddargetter.com/kb/api-8/event-push-notification) it is stated that the possible values for invoice[type] are 'setup' and 'subscription'.
I'm assuming 'setup' means the subscriber has been added to the CG db and 'subscription' means the billing was attempted. am i correct?
btw, is there a reference page for all the data elements that could be passed to hooks during push notificatons?
thanks

A 'setup' invoice type only occurs when you have a setup fee on a pricing plan which bills initially in the future. In other words, if the invoice charged on signup contains only a setup fee. Since we've added one-time invoices, the type could also be 'one-time' - we've update that doc accordingly.

Thanks Marc. is there any documentation for all of the data elements that could be passed to the hooks during push notifications?

The data currently sent to the hooks is documented in the article you referenced.
