Editing Customer Communication Templates
We used to be able to edit our templates in CG with a WYSIWYG editor. That is no longer the case, we have to dig through the code, and the preview is wonky.
Is this a bug? Or is this a change that is staying?

Sorry it's taken us a bit to get back to you on this. I've checked with the team, and Cheddar has never offered a WYSIWYG editor, but if the preview functionality isn't working properly, that's definitely something we should look into. Could you give me a bit more detail on what problems you're having with previewing events? What happens when you click "Preview" and then select an event to preview?
