Unable to verify my email

Hi There, I have received the welcome email and clicked on go to Cheddar, however, it did not confirm the account. I requested the email to be sent again to [email blocked] and never got another one. Please help, we need to start using the system.

    Hi Yuliya,

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble! What happened when you tried to click the confirmation link? Were you asked to log in, or were you taken into your Cheddar product?

    Hey Yulia,

    To refund a customer through the UI, select the invoice you'd like to refund on the "Invoices" page of the customer profile. At the bottom of the invoice, click on the "Issue Refund" link, and on the next page, enter the amount and click the Issue Refund button.

    For more details and a screenshot of this process, check out this section of our documentation on credits, refunds, and voids.

    You can also issue a refund via the API using the invoices/refund call, as documented here.
