Unable to issue refund -error message after 4 attempts
Hello - I am unable to issue a refund for this. My first attempt was an hour after it was processed as a VOID and that failed as well.

Hi Aysia,
I checked our logs and this transaction was successfully voided at 12/07/2017 3:37:39 PM PST, but in looking at the customer account in the Cheddar user interface, I see that the invoice you're referring to doesn't show that it was voided.
Let me look into why the UI isn't showing the correct information in this case. I'll also have our team update the data for that invoice to show that it was voided. Get back to you shortly with more information.

Just wanted to let you know that data for this customer's invoice has been fixed and should now show that it was successfully voided.
