Getting an error 500 message - no transactions are being processed?
None of my subscriptions have gone through from yesterday - is there a system error or something??

Hi Stuart,
We'll do some digging to see what going on here. In the meantime, you may also want to reach out to eWay, your gateway provider, about this. Just from an initial skim of our logs, it looks like we're getting no response from them when we try to run a transaction for you, so it's possible that they've been down or there's something wrong with your gateway account that's causing these errors.
We'll keep researching on our side as well, but let me know if you hear anything from eWay in the meantime.

We fixed a small issue in our system that was most likely causing these transactions to fail. Apologies for the inconvenience!
As of this morning, it looks like your transactions are processing normally again, but let me know if you notice anything unusual. Any recurring transactions that failed should be automatically re-tried by Cheddar within the next day or two.
