Merchant Account at BNPPARIBAS
Hello,
I have a merchant account at BNPPARIBAS, is it compatible with cheddargetter ? If not, what are my other options (the company is based in France, Paris) ?

The BNPPARIBAS merchant account is not compatible with CheddarGateway. It might be compatible with Ogone, however. You'll have to inquire with them.
CheddarGetter can process your transactions through the Ogone gateway.

Ok... thx. But i'd like to go with cheddargateway (seems like the simpler solution), so is it compatible with any merchant account I can have in a bank here ? Such as SocGen or HSBC or whatever else ?

Payvision is compatible with the Cheddar Gateway and available in France. If you would like, I'd be happy to put you in touch with our partner at Payvision who can help you get setup with an account there.

Come on, simple question : is Cheddar Gateway compatible with any of the banks providing merchant accounts here in France ? HSBC, SOCIETE GENERALE, etc.
I'll consider the Payvision option once I have an answer to that. Or maybe am I missing something ? I might, since i am not an expert on that topic, just trying to find out a simple solution. Thank you for your help.

Sorry about that. I wasn't clear: No, those banks are not compatible.
In answer to your original question "what are my other options?":
Payvision is compatible.
