HI
We have a series of discount/promo codes in our system and when
I go into each code and click on the number of customers that have
redeemed the promo I get this error:
'678421398475' was not found in the haystack
Are you able to assist?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hi Iona,
This is fixed. When you have a chance, try looking at the number of customers who have redeemed a promotion again. When you click on the 'show customers' button next to the number, you should get a list of the customers who have redeemed the promo, but let us know if you experience anything unusual.

Thanks so much! It is fixed now and I am able to review the customers that have redeemed our offers. Thanks again for your assistance with this, you have saved us a lot of time!
