CG Customer Communication Emailers Multiple Header-Footer Design
Hi Meghan,
In CG customer communication emailers design, we want to create
different header-footer design for the different email. For example
we provide one type of header-footer template for "New
Subscription" email and another type for "Payment Receipt" email,
but the main problem is that if we change design template of
header-footer in any email that is reflected in all the emails
automatically and that change will occurred globally.
So, I just want to know that is there any way to use different type
of header-footer template for different emails.
Thanks & Regards
Swapan Mishra

Hi Swapan,
Yes, you can re-define the header variables in the email body. The email templates are basically HTML docs broken into 3 fragments; the header, the footer, and the body. The header and footer are global, as you've noted, but the body is unique to each template, so you can take elements out of the header and put them in the body to customize those elements for specific email templates.
In case you haven't seen it yet, you can find more detailed information about the email templates the Email Notification Templates Knowledge Base article.

Thanks Meghan, as per your suggestion we implement that in our CG Product and now that is working fine.
