Canceled account is still sending Bills and Requesting Payment from Customers

I tested Cheddar for a client some months ago and canceled as they found another solution that fit their needs better.
However today the canceled Test account just sent out bills to customers...

    Hi Michael,

    You received an email because only one of your product accounts was canceled. BASIC_GYM_MEMBERSHIP was canceled, but BROJO_MEMBERSHIP was not. I can go ahead and cancel the latter for you if you like.

    Thanks Drew, I think I understand- in the interface the messaging is somewhat confusing,
    It reads "Your account is currently canceled" rather than "This product is currently canceled"

    We're not using Cheddar and I was attempting to close the account completely. It wasn't clear that I need to go into each product and click Cancel Account on each product individually.

    I've done that now, but it still seems to be keeping data and my personal user account open. There isn't any "delete my data" option under "Your Account". Can you please check and make sure it's all closed out and cleaned up? Thanks!
