Just use the same PayPal account. You can pick either of the product id's for the static IPN url if you need to re-enable them in PayPal. Just use the "null-listener". This url simply allows you to re-enable the IPNs and doesn't do anything else; therefore, it doesn't matter which product ID you choose.

I think there's some confusion here. The static IPN url is not needed by CheddarGetter. You had one set for [email blocked] previously -- presumably for some PayPal functionality before you started using CG. Due to some paypal oddities, the null listener is used as a workaround to be able to enable IPNs after they'd been disabled for whatever reason. Long story short, you should never need to set a static IPN url for teleup. Drew's right, though. If you do need to use this workaround in the future, you can use either productId when setting the IPN listener URL to our null listener.
