Promotions
Hello, we have had a customer that entered a 25% off promo but the discount didn't apply to the invoice. We have a developer that tested it in beta and it worked. Can you check this out and see what could be wrong?

Hey Drew, I wanted to let you know that I'm going to go ahead and void the charge and do a new invoice for him in case you see that in there.

Hi Lindsey,
We checked our logs and found that the promotion code was not added until after the plan change occurred. In order to apply a promotion code on the prorated invoice, the promotion code needs to be included as a parameter in the subscription change API call.

I guess that doesn't make sense to me. How does it show up on the prorated invoice then? It was listed at the bottom of the it.
