integrate paypal preapproval in the website

respected sir,
i want to include a paypal preapproval api in my website and generate the link like below dynamically so that when customer press submit button at that time he dynamically go to paypal preapproval page like below so can you guide me to include paypal preapproval in my website through your api.my current website is in php. https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_ap-preapproval&preap...
