Do you support Indian customers?

Hi,

I have a SaaS site and I need to create recurring subscriptions for my customers (sometimes with setup fees). We are a registered company in New Delhi, India but I do not have a merchant acccount.

Anyway, my question is, can I signup for cheddargetter? If so, what things will I need to create a subscriptions and get paid?
