Billing Invoices

This question is in regards to our billing invoices. I know that John Hurley currently gets the emails for the receipts but I need to access the invoices to enter into our expense system and when I go to the invoice section, I click on the invoice number and nothing happens. Is this something that can be fixed? I've had another co-worker try to access the invoices as well and they are having the same problem.

    Hi Lindsey,

    All of the charges that you see under Invoice History have been on the Amex card. Those are the totals. If there is something else you are looking for, I will need a little clarification.

    I need to be able to open each individually to print the invoice for each month. Like we can for customer invoices. I’m not looking for something specific added just that I can actually click on each individual invoice.

    Or, if you can add an email to send the receipts to that would be just as good. If you can also send them to [email blocked] that will work.

    Ok I sent all recent invoices and the invoices from 2015 to [email blocked] If you need anything else just let me know.

    Hi Lindsey,

    I had planned to change the email on file back to John's, but I could leave it as [email blocked]. In this case you will continue to receive invoice emails, but you will also receive all emails regarding the the status of your account ( i.e. if the card is declined, if there is a refund/ void for some reason, etc. ). if that is ok with John, I can leave it the way it currently is.

    I don’t want to receive all of those and now that I know those are tied together it explains why John could over look these. Is there anyway to make the invoice section accessible to print from the UI so I can just access these individually myself? Can you make the invoices a clickable link?

    I will have to discuss that with our developer to determine what is possible. I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

    Just to clarify, the emails John receives on pertain to the bills for our service. This does not include any of your customers' invoices, declines, refunds, etc. Seeing as you have always been in good standing, The only emails he typically receives are the invoices. The only other common time you would be emailed is if there is a problem with your Amex on file, which hasn't happened thus far.

    Oh ok, I thought you were referring to the customer declines or cancels….things like that. Anything that has to do with the AMEX on file can be sent to the [email blocked]. We are good with that. Sorry for the confusion.
