We got an error "Customer code already exists"
We got this error :

But there is not other customer with that customer code.
When customer clicked "pay now" it cleared the form and showed that
error again (412)

Hello,
Upon doing a search for the email "[email blocked]" I found two different user accounts. One with customer code:
SMITHd8b7ce3fUSwhich seems to be active and another with customer code:SMITH415df6b3USwhich happens to be canceled, so it seems that this customer code has been used.Is this individual trying to reactivate her account? It seems so, or she is just signing up again. If you would like to remove all record of her canceled subscription, you can delete her as a customer here. Just click the red "Delete this customer" button in the bottom right.

That second account exists because the user had to start all over again. That second time was successful.
It *seems* like what may have happened is that she created the account and then somehow tried to subscribe *again* because the first account seeme to be perfectly fine, complete with credit card number (which is why I cancelled it, so she wouldn't be billed twice).
So, I think you can MARK THIS RESOLVED.
