Decline Issues

Hello, I wanted to check and see if you are seeing some gateway connection issues? We are seeing invoices that appear as if they aren't even running and also declines. I'm trying to determine if this is on the Cheddar side or the gateway.

    Hi Lindsey,

    Authorize.net experienced a processing outage today and have since resolved the issue. You can verify this outage and the resulting fix here: https://status.authorize.net/
