Email Management Errors
Hello,
I was just trying to update some of our customer communication configs and noticed that the Save button wasn't working.
Looks like there are some API issues on your side?

Hi Sam -- This is a known issue with the email preview that occurs only infrequently on some template types. In this case, it is the New Subscription email type when attempting to preview using a real event that is incompatible with the template. Specifically, you were previewing with the new subscription event for Heidi Jasprizza. Heidi as changed to a different plan since the signup. Since there was never an invoice record on the original new subscription event, the preview fails. In short, if you choose a compatible preview event from the dropdown, the preview will work.
