For delay first payment getting this error on hosted page: "Form validation failed. See below."
We've been set up and working well for a while now. We've just introduced another subscription with a 12 month trial period (for Students and Researchers). For some reason when I test this new subscription out on the hosted page it fails. The error message is "Form validation failed. See below." however there's no indication on the form what the problem is. I notice the hosted page is not asking for payment details despite this being a paid plan. Could it be the part of the form that is failing is not visible? Screenshot attached.

Just noticed that the same is happening for our free plan. Please help...

Hi Richard,
We believe there may be a bug preventing some functionality. You are seeing a problem with free plans and paid plans that do not run the first invoice upon signup because the required billing fields do not appear on the hosted pages. We are looking into this issue and will keep you updated.
In the meantime, a quick fix that will allow successful signups is to not require the billing information fields on the hosted pages. You can still display the field, but you will not receive the form validation error if one is left blank. You can edit those setting here.
