I'm not getting BCC copies of Notification Emails to users
I've set my account to send me copies of emails my customers get (in the General Settings) but I'm not getting copies of those.
Any idea why?

Hi Clay -- The email account you've used to send this request does not have access to a product account in CheddarGetter. This makes it very difficult for us to provide you with timely and accurate support. In the future, please use a valid user account to register new support requests. More on that here:

To start answering your question, we'll need to know the product account you're referring to and we'll need to confirm that you have access to that product account.

I'm VERY confused. I clicked the Support link from being logged into my account.
Support shows I"m logged in with a valid account.
My account's email is: [email blocked]
The company is : Bungalow Software

You were logged in as [email blocked] which is an unverified account created back in Feb.
Until recently, your BCC config included the [email blocked] address. I confirmed in our logs that that address was blocked at our SMTP provider since it had a previous hard bounce response back in Feb (relaying denied). I've cleared that block in case you want to use it in the future.
