question about declined cards and what happens
Hi,
1.
Say if a customer credit card is declined and then we send a few emails and then eventually they update their credit card. Does CG automatically stop emailing them and does their account automatically get brought up to date and we do not have to do anything?
2.
I have the same question as in number one regarding expired credit cards, is there account automatically brought up to date?
