Outstanding invoices
Hello,
For testing purpose we temporaly change our plan as a recurring
plan (2€ per day). We yestarday created a customer (named
"Phil Bad" -
https://cheddargetter.com/admin/customers/invoice-history/id/364e4e...)
that has change from "Free Trial" to "Synchroteam". The first
payment and invoice is OK (Invoice #267) but
the today invoice (#268) is on "Outstanding" status and the payment
has not been done.
Can you explain me?

An invoice can be "outstanding" without a transaction attempt if the billing date for the invoice has passed but CG's billing engine has not yet transacted the invoice.
