Hi Tom -- Invoices are sent via email to the account owner email address.

We may have missed the invoice for last month (May) so when I click on the invoice in the "Your CG Bil"l list it doesn't do anything. Tried in Opera and IE but could it be a browser setting or something?

Normally I get those forwarded to me but maybe that is broken on our side - or going to spam box. In any case shouldn't you be able to reprint the invoice from the invoice history?

We only produce invoice content in the context of an html email. If you need to print it, you can print the email. Our intention is to add functionality to the admin gui to enable you to resend the email to yourself but it's currently low priority.
I can confirm that the resend yesterday was not bounced and was received by your MX. Beyond that, you can check your spam or your forwarding config. I can resend it for you whenever you need.

It was our spam blocker that was the problem. If you can send it one more time that would be great.
