Setting Up
I am looking for a recurring billing system that does the following
- Collects credit card and payal payments
- does not require us to have a merchant account and payment gateway
- can clear to a UK company (which we are) bank account
- has a clear and easy to understand cost structure
- manages international VAT issues
If you do all these things, can you please let me know. I would like a quick chat to ask a few questions and then we would be ready to sign up.

Hi Freddy,
We have all of this covered except the VAT and merchant account issues...
Unfortunately we don't know of any billing system for the UK that does not require a merchant account or payment gateway. We do have a great relationship with Payvision, who makes it pretty easy for our UK customers to get merchant accounts. If you want to try that route, I'd be happy to send you a pre-check form to get that ball rolling.
