Payment declined

Hi,

We have a client trying to purchase a monthly plan. In his account i can't see the plan nor any transactions declined.
We have received though emails informing us that the payment was declined.

Can you please check and let us know what's happening?

A transaction failed to process for Moosend via PayPalPro.

The customer has been notified via email about the declined transaction with instructions to remedy the problem.

We will continue to attempt the transaction over the next several days or so but eventually we'll give up and the customer's subscription will be canceled.

    This is a plan change. The plan change failed due to the declined transaction.
