Invoice receipt not sending

Hi Team,

Can you please look in to the following business account (Mid American Studio) with us:
33313746-a34d-11e0-baa3-40403c39f8d9.

This customer didn't receive their most recent invoice for some reason. Additionally, we received an error message when we tried to resend the invoice from within Cheddar Getter. I checked the customer communication settings and I'm showing payment receipt emails are enabled. So we're not sure why the invoice won't send.

I attached a screenshot.

    Hi De Anna -- That's a rather unfortunate error message. It's misleading since the failure to send the email is a result of CG's inability to authenticate to your SMTP server. I suspect that your credentials have been changed and need to be updated here:

    https://cheddargetter.com/admin/emails
