I am trying to send an invoice to a customer.
How do I do this?

Hi Jean -- You do not have the Payment Receipt emails enabled. You must enable the payment receipt email to send a payment receipt.

Can’t I just send manually a receipt from the web interface?

Yes, you must first enable the payment receipt email template here:
https://cheddargetter.com/admin/emails/template/type/PaymentReceipt
Once enabled, there will be a link to send the email at the bottom of all paid invoices.
