Type of Elavon Account to open
We called Santander Elavon here in Mexico to open a merchant account but i told them that i will receive payments through the Cheddar Gateway but they don't know what type of account we need to process that kind of payments, the only account that they know is the account for point of sale terminals but could you help me on what type of account from elavon you need to process the payments? we have been calling the telephone of cheddargetter but without success, could you call me at +526688120453 because there are lots of questions specially for here for Mexico Thanks.

The account type needs to be a card-not-present, ecommerce merchant account, not point of sale.
Your merchant provider will need to know that we're connecting the account through the NMI (Network Merchants) gateway. They will also need to know that the account will be used for recurring billing.
