   i don't get this error when i connect it from my local development environment, i only get this error on my production deployment

   Hi Dara -- Just a guess but it could be that our firewall is blocking your production env. What is your production IP?

   191.238.16.227. Please remedy asap. I both put this in support and called
   because my app that has customers has now been down for over a day and we
   spent thousands of dollars in development time to figure it out. This has
   critically effected our business.

   Our app is hosted on windows azure this is the public virtual ip... Ip of the load balancer

   We host our app on windows azure and it is a long leased public virtual ip
   this ip responds to the load balancer which is shared between many Windows
   azure cloud services... so yes its a shared ip.

   Please please let us know what we can do.

   Hi Dara -- Unfortunately there's nothing we can do. Have you contacted your hosting provider to inform them of the listing? Only they can resolve this.
