CG is Slow

Hi Jess,
Why is it every night when I want to access CG it takes forever for
the
site to open after I login? Every night.

Hi Nancy --
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
When you're on CG in the evening, are you accessing it via a different internet connection then during the day? Also, are you referring to the main CG site loading up or the various areas of the site - customer data, activity, etc.

Hi Jess,
Yes same computer, same browser, same network each time and same computer,
same browser, same network I use when working in the day which loads no
problem. It will display after a few seconds, at night it can be a few
minutes.
It is slow to load after I click submit hereat

Hi Nancy --
The dev team did some digging on this and found some surprisingly long requests on the server side around the time of your report. It was only experienced by you, which is odd. Maybe you're just lucky ;)
We're looking into this further with the help of our hosting and database partners. Hopefully we'll learn something soon and get this resolved for you.
