Change plan to free
I am curious to wonder why it is need to add credit card information to change a canceled free plan to a another free plan?

This person was in grandfathered as a gold member in our system from before we were using cheddargetter. He is now a basic free limited member and since he doesn't have any credit card information, the system will not allow me to move him to another free membership. Please advise me if I am missing something.

Never Mind. I figured it out. I am sorry to have bothered you. I changed the date of the next payment today and was able to update.
