Referer not redirecting

Hi ,

In configuration Hosted Page Return Location New Customer Return URL (overrides referer) when this url is not provided .After success full payment our customers are redirecting to https://deconetzcubatortest.chargevault.com/create/confirm?code=DEC...
instead of our system . As it should redirect to referer.Its not working some how.
Please see..
