Hi John -- Can you elaborate on this? My guess is that the error is coming from the hosted pages interface... Are you using the API? The admin GUI?

I am using the Admin GUI.
In the backend, I go to delete a test client I created, the link is:
https://infinity7.chargevault.com/cancel?code=[email blocked]&key=fc4ed6dbf6
Note I signed up as "[email blocked]"

Hi John -- My apologies for the delay. We had a little glitch in the url encoding for these new links. We've deployed a patch and the problem should now be fixed. Thanks very much for reporting the problem!
