Your CSV export does not show all fields and your XML export shows in the browser.
The CSV export does not contains fields like country code
The XML export results in the browser-screen and not as a
download.
Did you guys not test this?
Also, CG is very very very slow here in Europa. Unworkable. We have to do an export every day and work from Excel. Because working in CG itself is not possible.

Hi Jereon --
I'm sorry if you missed Marc's previous response to the issue here, but if you provide us with the exact time this occurs as well as the exact url being requested at that time we could definitely dig into this deeper for you. Another thing that would help us to narrow this down would be a breakdown of your day to day process.
As for the xml export, it is actually meant to render in the browser for API purposes. However, if you do export as an XML then you should be able to save it from your browser if necessary.

Hi Jess,
This was actually submitted by my colleague Bert, with my login credentials. So I'll ask him if the XML is ok.
But coming back on the slow interface: it really has no use sending examples.
It's in every query. We can send a screencast if you want?

Hi Jereon --
A screencast would be good. Just make sure that it starts right as you're accessing CheddarGetter and continues through your query.
Thanks
