Payment error / Declined transaction
A customer is trying to pay and this is the error message she's
getting:
1 error prohibited this subscription from being savedThere were
problems with the following fields:The transaction was declined
Do you have any idea what's going on?

Hi Amanda -- The customer's credit card is being declined. When the initial transaction is declined upon signup, the signup fails.
