Verification Pop Up Window

On occasion we get a pop up window while logged in, asking us to login again. Something about Authentication needed from the Cheddar Getter Server.

Hi Aysia --
We have come across this a few times ourselves, although it's been so sporadic that it's been hard to track down. Marc and I discussed this some more and from what we can tell it looks like an authentication issue caused by the session timing out in the browser - which is why when you hit refresh it clears the box without any actual credentials needing to be entered.
Can you tell us what browser you use when this happens? We'll add it to our logs for future troubleshooting.

It was either Safari or Chrome, not sure which but one of the two for sure.
