Clients with NO PAYMENT METHOD shouldn't get DECLINED email
How can we leave the client's with no payment method as simply being open invoices.

Hi Christina --
That payment failure is actually a result of the customer not having a valid payment method through PayPal. As far as CheddarGetter is concerned, they have a payment method on file with us - Paypal - but when the invoice is due, PayPal declines it because of the customer's payment record with them.
