Error when trying to update email template.
I keep getting "! 500: An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later." When I try to update text/HTML template in Payment Receipt.
Please advise.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

It seems to update if I change a few characters, but when I try to copy the attached text I get the error.

Really sorry about that John. Template mods can be a bit of a hassle. Our error handling there needs help and that's on the drawing board.
In the meantime, I recommend tiny iterations. If you continue to have trouble, please don't hesitate to contact us again and we'll get you some additional info on the error. The error you're getting right now is:
