PayPal-linked customer & API operations
Hi there,
we are seeing the end of the black tunnel in integrating our SAAS with CG.
When I create a customer with a subscription using the PayPal Gateway I can see the customer on my backoffice but this he is in CANCELED state. This is the message I can see while entering in his details:
"This customer was canceled on 07/14/2011. Enter payment information to activate."
What can that be?
Other question: is it possibile using your APIs to completely remove a customer? If yes, how can I can accomplish it?

Hi Marco -- That's message isn't very helpful, I know. CG places a pending PayPal customer in a special canceled state ("paypal-wait") until the customer has completed the PayPal workflow and approved the preapproval.
