Website problems on Sunday 9th
Hi,
Could someone advise on the issue you had on Sunday, I saw a couple of tweets, but they didn't explain the severity of the issue, or the cause.
Our login page was completely down from about 06:00 to 11:00 GMT 0. Each login queries your API for the user and a valid subscription.
Was your service down for almost 6 hours?

Hi Alan -- Yes, we had some downtime Sunday morning. We're still researching the cause of the outage and working to avoid it in the future.

Do you have some sort of system status page, history of service interruptions?
I spent a good chuck of time this morning troubleshooting our own systems before I came to the conclusion in was CheddarGetter. Even when I had the issue narrowed down to your system, I was unable to find out if I was correct as I couldn't find any mention of any issues on your site... I tried twitter on the off chance, but if those two users hadn't tweeted you, I would still be none the wiser.

Hi Alan -- Twitter is the best place to look. We're generally very quick to update if something like this happens. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience on Sunday. This anomaly slipped through detection but we were able to set up some checks in a recent patch that will prevent future mishaps.
