Validation failure on hosted subscription page

I was trying out your service this morning. I set up some plans and tried to subscribe to Monthly[1].

See the attached picture for my experience. I filled out all of the fields, pressed subscribe, at which point, "Form validation failed" and I got three "A value is required" messages under First Name, which I had filled out.

What am I missing?

    Hi Keith -- you've stumbled upon a bug introduced with the new feature to customize which fields are displayed/required on the hosted pages. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We'll get right on it!

    In the meantime, you can turn on the fields here: https://cheddargetter.com/admin/hosted-settings/fields so that you can at least continue to evaluate the system. We'll let you know when this bug is fixed.
