could you please look at Lance Marples acct in Snapstats, his most current invoice is not on the first page but under invoice history as pending, his credit card has been declined and he has been notified however there are no declined notes in cheddargetter, he would like us to run his invoice now but there is no icon on page one that says "run invoice", help please and thanks, Shelley

Hi Shelly -- You can click the outstanding invoice record in the invoice history which will give you the "Run Invoice" option:
