Hi guys,
I just got this error trying to update my card info, I also got another one from a failed transaction very similar:
502:4000 - The connection to the gateway failed. Please try again later.
Can I get some help?

Hi Chris -- We had some intermittent connectivity issues (DNS resolution) when connecting to the gateway for about an hour this morning. Everything appears normal now. Please try again.
