Questions regarding setup of Cheddare Getter

I am an ISO an I working with a client to help setup their online billpay gateway. They are using NMI for the actual processing of the cards, and I am currios as to exactly what information the client will need to enter into chedder getter to set it up correctly.

the client is

Top Left Creative

currently when a customer attempts to run a transaction they recieve an error message,
