"The transaction is not refundable" error
Hi
I just received an email, with the following:
TRANSACTION
id: c6030a67-948f-11e2-a374-bc764e04674e
date: 2013-03-24T14:33:21+00:00
amount: 12.00
memo:
response: error
reason: The transaction is not refundable
Any idea what that means? Seems like an odd value and should not be refunded?
